Google deskbar

Google just announced the Google Deskbar which installs in the Windows Taskbar and allows searches to be launched directly from the desktop. It allows for a good deal of customization (search froogle, stock quotes on Yahoo Finance or really any website of your choice that allows RESTian queries). This is pretty cool. It's also a smart move aimed at pre-empting MSFT's inevitable push to integrating search into the desktop. Now I wish Google Deskbar would also index and search the files and folders on my desktop.
